CITY STAR LIMOUSINES POLICIES AND TERMS :
By placing a reservation with City Star Limousines, you acknowledge and expressly agree to the following policies, terms and conditions. Further, you authorize City Star Limousines to charge your credit card for the deposit relating to your reservation, including but not limited to, charging your credit card in full for the reservation should you be considered a ‘no-show’. Service is deemed rendered, whether you enter the vehicle or not, once the cancellation period is reached.

There is a strict no smoking, no alcohol and no illegal drugs, substances or materials policy. If the Renter, or anyone from their party, is in possession of any illegal material and/or substance, during our service, the reservation will be terminated and they will be charged the full amount.

TERMINATION OF RESERVATION OR SERVICE
City Star Limousines reserves the right to terminate any reservation without refund if the driver or dispatcher on duty feels that the client and/or party of the client is putting the driver, vehicle, client or the party of the client at risk or in danger of injury.

PRIVACY POLICY
City Star Limousines does not sell, rent or disseminate your personal and financial information to any outside third parties. City Star Limousines reserves the right to use the information supplied to provide requested services and collect payment for services rendered in accordance with our rates, terms and policies.

AIRPORT ARRIVAL WAIT TIME
City Star Limousines provides up to 30 minutes of free wait time for domestic arrivals (up to 45 minutes of free wait time on International Arrivals requiring customs clearance) for you to deplane and obtain your luggage. If you do not meet your chauffeur or call us within 3 hours of your plane landing, we will consider you a ‘no-show’ and you will be charged in full for the reservation. WEDDING, GRAD AND SPECIAL EVENT DEPOSIT POLICY
A deposit of 50% of the total price and a signed contract are required to hold the limousine. Deposits are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are accepted by phone, fax or email. All Cancellations require no less than 12 hours notice prior to pick up time. With City Star Limousines, all deposits will be non-refundable.

RATES AND BILLING
Credit Card/Voucher must be presented to Chauffeur. All Clients are required to sign and present the emailed or faxed booking confirmation to their driver at pick-up with the actual physical credit card provided at time of booking, unless a Signed 3rd Party Authorization with required documents has been placed on file prior to pick-up, or a Corporate Account has been activated and all required documents received.
All rates are subject to review after service completion to include actual tolls, parking fees, additional stops & time allotted, etc.
Hourly jobs are billed by the number of hours you ordered the limousine for, and then in 30 minimum increments thereafter. City Star Limousines rates are billed including applicable fees, taxes and a 15-20% Gratuity.
Gratuity: If you would like to provide an additional credit card or cash gratuity it is at your sole discretion, and is in addition to the 15-20% you have already paid for. You will not receive a full or partial refund for the 15-20% gratuity by providing a cash tip to the Chauffeur.

PAYMENT METHODS
City Star Limousines accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express. All charges will be billed to your credit card or account.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
City Star Limousines is not responsible for items that are left in the vehicle, lost or damaged. Our chauffeurs will assist with luggage at a client’s request, but assume no liability for doing so.

UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES OR BREAKDOWN
City Star Limousines shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control such as accidents, breakdowns, a flat tire, unusual traffic or road conditions, storms, etc. In the unlikely event that a mechanical breakdown or accident puts a vehicle temporarily out of service, City Star Limousines will provide a back up vehicle as quickly as possible, and reserves the right to substitute an alternate vehicle from our fleet.

UNCONTROLLED ACTS, ACTS OF GOD AND/OR ACTS OF MOTHER NATURE
City Star Limousines is not responsible for acts of God, acts of Mother Nature and/or circumstances that are beyond our control; including, but not limited to traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, flight delays, weather delays, etc.

VEHICLE DAMAGE/CLEANING
The party paying for the reservation is responsible for all damages and/or cleaning charges incurred by the Renter and/or Party of the Renter, including but not limited to:

Vomit/Sickness ($200 Cleaning fee)
Broken Glassware ($10 per glass)
Burns($500 Replacement/Repair)
Smoking ($500 per violation)
Upholstery Tears ($500-$1000 Replacement/Repair)
Sunroof damage ($300)
Opening a Car Door into another Vehicle or Stationary object ($1500-2000) etc.

RATE CHANGES
City Star Limousines reserves the right to change rates at any time without any notice.
